Draft for the limited trial · Version 2026-08-10-draft-2

Terms of use

This draft must be legally reviewed and completed with company, pricing and governing-law details before any external trial.

The service

AI Calc Sheet is an engineering calculation workspace provided by CodeMagician Ltd at aicalcsheet.com. It includes structured calculation sheets, a unit-aware calculation engine, organisation templates and optional AI-assisted proposals. Features and trial limits may change during the limited trial.

Engineering responsibility

AI Calc Sheet is a tool, not an engineer, design authority, certification body or substitute for professional judgement. Calculations, unit conversions and AI-generated suggestions can contain errors. Users remain responsible for choosing appropriate methods, checking inputs and outputs, applying relevant codes and safety factors, arranging any review required by their organisation or client, and deciding whether work is fit for its intended purpose.

AI proposals

AI output is shown as a proposal for user review. It does not change a calculation draft until an authorised user approves the proposed changes. Approval records the user's action; it does not represent approval or verification by CodeMagician Ltd.

Accounts and organisations

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. Organisation owners control membership and access to organisation projects. Users must have authority to upload and process the engineering information they provide.

Trials, subscriptions and credits

The introductory trial lasts 30 days and includes 300 trial AI credits. Paid access is intended to be offered monthly or annually, with per-user monthly AI credits and separately purchased top-ups. Subscription credits expire at the end of their allocation period and do not roll over. A user is charged only for a successfully completed AI operation. Final prices, fair-use protections, cancellation and refund terms will be published before paid access opens.

Ending access and customer data

When a trial or paid subscription ends, users may continue to sign in, view their work read-only, manage billing and export customer data. Editing, AI, printing and other active features may be unavailable. Failed payments receive an intended seven-day grace period with notices before suspension. Inactive data is handled under the published retention and abandonment policy.

Availability and changes

The service is provided without a customer uptime SLA during the limited trial. We will use reasonable care, maintain backups and a recovery playbook, and restore service as soon as reasonably practicable following an incident. Planned material changes to paid terms will be communicated in advance.
